PBS Network was founded in 1996 as a non-profit organisation by four German suppliers to the paper, office supplies and stationery industry.

The initially modest idea of manufacturers to provide their dealers with electronic data and receive orders in return has developed over the years into a leading solution for participants in the paper, office supplies and stationery industry. Due to globalisation and technological progress, PBS Network has become a hub that connects manufacturers, distributors and retailers, regardless of their size, through its large network. Through continuous innovation, we have managed to expand our PBSeasy® product portfolio to four product categories and today enable the electronic exchange of data and business documents from order entry to invoicing.

With our customised tools, we can respond to the individual wishes of our customers and set up a suitable interface for every system. Our IT solutions reduce the complexity of data processing and thus contribute to process optimisation and cost savings. In addition to the stationery sector, we have also successfully introduced our products in the toy sector. It goes without saying that our customer base includes all the big names, as well as smaller manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the sector.
